Clarify Your Vision Program Options:
Presentation times may vary depending on the learning style of the participants.
IE: Some people prefer accelerated learning, others prefer more time to think, interact, and brainstorm as a team, so our program hours have some flexibility. We, at Vision to Action, value you, and your successful results.
Company - Leaders/Management: 1-8 Attendees
We will meet with a representative of the company prior to the program date to objectively assess and learn about the business, clarify the company's current leadership style, while listening to the wants, needs, and opportunities available for us to achieve valuable results. While looking at the vision of your business, it's important for you to understand that you are not your business, even though your paradigms and thinking will permeate every one of your business transactions. Values speak to the true essence of your business. They represent what your business is, and what it stands for. It's important to review the company values periodically because values evolve and change, and it's absolutely necessary for company leaders to be aligned with and committed to the core values, a valuable part of the company vision. It's much more effective when your team is involved in the planning process.

Employees Or The Same Profession: 2-12 Attendees
We will objectively assess and learn about your profession, the company you work for, and you as an individual, while listening to your wants, needs and challenges. With your teammates, and as an individualal, we will assist you in clarifying your professional vision, inclusive of core values, mission, purpose and emotional connection. You will reframe dis-empowering beliefs, which will also enhance you as an individual in every area of your life. You may be asked to stretch outside your comfort zone in order to create a congruent message, but once aligned and connected an enormous amount of energy will drive you from where you are to where you want to be. You will have a better understanding of your strengths and weaknesses, while knowing what inspires and motivates you to remain committed to your concise and compelling vision.

This Interactive Seminar assists individuals in clarifying their professional and personal vision.
